The milestones in the history of Magnabosco Industrie

1966
The company is established as a dealer of industrial tools.
1970
A thorough after-sales service is developed specialising in precision grinding and finishing processes.
1980
A tool sharpening and modification department is set up to offer customers additional services.
1990
The production of special tools made of hard integral metal and of insert tool holders begins.
1992
The manufacture of bandsaw metal cutting blades begins.
1999
A division is established for the design and manufacture of special equipment and components for machine tools.
2005
The current production facility covering an area of approx. 10,000 sq.m is officially opened.
2010
A 100 KW photovoltaic station (mounted on the roof of the factory) comes into operation: it generates more energy than we consume.
2014
We start designing and manufacturing special equipment automated by hydraulic, pneumatic and fluid power systems.
2015
A new line of bandsaw blades, the GMT line, designed and built after year-long study and developments directly with the users is presented.
2017
The new GMT–Black Mamba circular saw blades for high speed steel cutting come to life.
2018
The evolution of the bandsaw blades is launched with the GMT X, GMT XHS, and GMT XHS Pro models.
2019
The circular saw blades from the GMT Black Mamba X series are placed on the market.
2020

The bandsaw blades are further evolved into higher performance models, the GMT X Ultra. New self-powered equipment is introduced, which is independent from machine systems and features data transmission capabilities.

2023
Innovation backed by team work: expertise, dialogue and passion transforming ideas into real technological solutions.
2025
A world first comes to life in our factory: a robot that can cut and weld bandsaw blades automatically, the result of our team’s research and development effort.
