Sharpening of industrial blades is a key service for the tools to offer consistent performances, safety and a long service life in industrial cutting processes. The blades are subject to continuous wear and stresses that are likely to jeopardise their precision and efficiency. Regular sharpening is helpful to grind the blade edge to its original condition and to reduce machine downtimes and operating costs, thus optimising the production process.

Minimise your inventory, reduce your costs and increase productivity with Tool Care. Subscribe to this service for correct and quick tool management.
You will receive a sturdy box, 400x300x170 mm in size, free of charge, where you will store any used tools requiring service: we will take care of collecting the box and delivering it back to you. With this service, you will always have your tools ready for use in one week. The cost for tool collection and delivery is included in the sharpening service fee. If your tools need to be coated with TiN, Ticn, TiAIN, Alcrona, PVD or other coatings, the lead time is fifteen days.
All our sharpening machines are 5-axis CNC machines featuring optical dimensional control capabilities and robotic loading/unloading systems.
